Non-Motor Claim

Immediately after you have been informed that your insured property is damaged, please proceed as following:

  1. Call our 24 hr. hot line claim service at 02 119 3000 Our claim staff is ready to serve and give you advice 24 hrs.
     
  2. The company will arrange a Loss Adjuster to meet you, to examine and check damaged items including inquire the cause of loss.
     
  3. Loss Adjuster will advise you to prepare documents as following:
    • Quotation of repair or replacement of damaged property
    • Original receipt of damaged property (if available)
    • List of damaged property
    • Copy of daily police report (in case of burglary, theft or other party has caused damage to insured property)
    • Report on cause of loss. (if available)
    • The company may ask for additional documents to support the claim.
  4. After the Surveyor has received all required documents and amount of loss is agreed upon, the company will make claim payment to you as soon as possible.
